Attitudes at the European Court of Justice Survey (AECS)

The Attitudes at the European Court of Justice Survey (AECS) employs expert assessments to study the attitudinal composition of the European Union's highest court, the European Court of Justice. Our research contributes to a better understanding of the court's decision-making and the politics of judicial appointments. AECS is part of the FWF-funded project "Trustees or Agents" (P 3292) and is conducted at the Centre for European Integration Research (EIF).
